Well, here is the list that MSI recommends. But since RAM manufacturers make their RAM to be compatible with as many motherboards as possible, you shouldnt have to stick to that list.

All you really need to make note of when you are selecting RAM:
-Speed (PC3200, DDR400, 200MHz)
-Type (184-pin DDR SDRAM)

Wrong link, I fix.
WEll, I'm not sure if the site even has my mobo, its a kt4v version 10a, but who cares.

Oh, what does this mean
"Supports 600MHz up to 2600+ MHz processor and higher"

When it says higher, what does that mean? Can I go higher than 2600+ or not? If so, why didnt they just say 600-3200 or whatever

Oh, and what do I need to make sure of? One person says 200mhz SDRAM, and another says DDR...which one? Why 200mhz and not 400?

EDIT: oh sdram/ddr are the same.lol

Because the motherboard was built at the time when 2600+ was the highest Socket A processor availible

3200 is socket 939 there buddy, even if it wasn't, you're mobo doesnt support athlon 64.

And I believe it doesn't matter if RAM is ECC or not.
