I have a DELL, and I really don't like them, but I was wondering what in the computer makes it a DELL? Like what makes it say in my system info that my manufacturer is DELL? It is the motherboard, right?
A horse turd makes a dell. Really a Dell is just a PC manufacture that sells crappy PCs pretty plan and simple. I think a few things in dells are made by them to save money. Unless your a mom and wants a media center kind of thing a dell is a waste of money and dignity.
1) The Dell logo
2) The Dell "version" of Windows (really just windows with a lot of sh1t).
3) The dell-made motherboard and other proprietary hardware
Ram is made by kingston and other companies but labled "Dell Certified Memory."
XP from dell is XP but says Dell when you go to properties. No other difference is there. Yes, Dell comes preloaded with software that can easily be uninstalled.
