What kind of video connection is this?

I have this video card that came out of an HP xw4300, and while this may be a really dumb question, I've actually never seen this type of connector before. It looks similar to DVI but it's smaller and with a different pinout. Can someone tell me what it is and can it be adapted to fit VGA or DVI?

That is a DMS-59, and there are adapters that go from DMS-59, to DVI. Like this:

I see. Thanks a lot. I guess I need to get a splitter/adapter but when I search newegg for "DMS" or "DMS-59" I only get video cards. Would you mind giving the link where you found that one? Thanks.
 
I got that picture from newegg, and that adapter is included along with the graphic card, when you buy the graphic card itself. Just google DMS-59, you'll probably find some places.
