Default What does this error mean?

Disk Boot Failure, Insert System Disc and Press Enter.


That is what happens after I am trying to install XP on my new system.... If I dont disable everything but the hd to view the XP installation from after it read from the CD it will boot from the CD again and run the isntallation again which I dont want so i disbale all except for HDD and this is what happens PLEASE HELP I WANT TO USE MY NEW COMP!

i think this error has to do with your hard driver, last time i got this error is when i installed a dud hard drive.

Take the CD out, go into bios and hit the "fail safe settings"
