Yea, I lost the 660 GT...
Your numbers don't make any sense!
At 11,000 budget, i'd recomend something totally different...Like one computer for games, and another as a door step, and an iPod as a paperweight...

still even 10x amd socket 939 3000+ shouldnt cost near 7000 dollars you can get them for like 140 on the egg www.newegg.com in case he didnt know

yes it is an internet cafe, doing some upgrading, main thing is has to run hl2 counter strike source.

the prices are canadia so they may seem higher, im not so much concerned with the prices more the quality. The previous purchase i made I had to replace a bunch of motherboards (msi), and power supply's (my trustworthy asus is still running fine after 5 years)

Newegg will sell to canadians in the future, I did try them.

so what you think Abit or Asus?
and what brand for the 6600

Well if your going PCI-E eVGA will be the best and their some of the most reliable

The A8V-E and 6600GT PCI-E and the 3000+ seem like a good system.

Abit is alot better than Asus for AMD. Asus has had their fair share of problems and are overpriced now. You dont have many other options however.
