Default What do you guys think?

What do you guys think of this LG 19" LCD? I had to buy this because the Acer 19" Widescreen was sold out, this looks really nice and big, what's your opinion?

It's similar to that one, but it has NO DVI hookup and 1440:1 contrast ratio. Bought at Future Shop for $250.

Another thing:

LCD monitor for $99
Great for budget builds! Even has speakers

Nice, talldude.

How does it feel to be in front of all that real estate?

The viewsonic is nicer than the Acer anyways. I sell both at work, and actually own the ACER. The VS has truer colors, and the acer you can see the backlight whenever it's producing black images. Relatively minor issue that VERY rarely comes up, but still annoying.

Well, my desk was pretty small to start with. But yes, the extra real estate is great, I'll have to get one of those storage boxes

I got an LG Flatron monitor, not Viewsonic.
The Acer was out of stock, and I wasn't willing to travel another 15 minutes to save a few bucks. And i wasn't sure about my video card adapting to widescreen, they tried to sell me this video card that was crappier than my current one that would adapt to widescreen.

Sorry, that offer was only on for an hour or so. The cheapest LCD is $149.99
