Default what do i need?

what are all the different parts that i would need to make my own water cooling setup? so far i have...

WATER BLOCK - http://www.jab-tech.com/customer/pro...&partner=froog - 42.50

PUMP (tubing, link at bottom) - http://www.crazypc.com/Merchant2/mer...duct_Code=9338 - 47.95 [1.60/ft]

are those good parts?

also, how is the pump powered? by my PSU or seperatly?

also, is there anything else i should know about water cooling?
