I just order the Cooler Master Aero 7+ which isn't as pretty as the Jet 7 but it does work better... I say go for a blower.

I regret getting a thermaltake because they are way to loud. I forget which one I have, I think its number 11. Black and copper in color.

you can get a ducting mod which increases air flow and decreases noise level

What about the ThermalRight SP-94? No-one seems to have mentioned that one Thought that was suposed to be one of the best for cooling?

that one can only be used on socket 478 (Pentium 4) processors

apparently the SP-94 only fits socket 478 also
I just had a quick search, and found that the SP-97 supports the Athlon XP
