my guess any pentium 4 (w.o HT) with a FSB of 266MhZ

You are going to be safe with a processor that can handle up to a 533MHz FSB. I can't find any resources on how fast but...to be safe, go to a site that would bundle this board with a particular processor and then you'll know how fast of a processor this will handle. To be safe, I would not go above 3.0GHz. A 3.0GHz P4 with a 533MHz FSB is going to run you around 320 Canadian.

what makes you say 533? i think thats trying to pull too much out of the Mobo, esp if he buys ram to handle 533 MhZ. The Mobo would be a serious restriction for it correct?

Thanks.. it comes with a Celeron 2ghz, but I was thikning in terms of upgrading it at a later time..
