Default What to buy?

I was wondering wether anyone knows what I should buy. I have currently been given a PC by a mate and am not sure what to upgrade. According to Everest it's a:

Intel Celeron 2.2 Ghz
704 DDR Ram
Syntax S651M motherboard (I know this is awful)
230V PSU (According to the back)
Onboard GFX (Eurgggh)

I'm thinking I need a new gfx card. I don't know wether a new GFX card will run CS:S but I'd be happy running WoW/WC3/CS at almost top speed.

If I got a new card would I need a new PSU also? because it seems a little low.

Also what card you recommend. I was thinking along lines of a 9600xt or 9800pro?

You dont have to upgrade the psu just yet...maybe add up to 1 gig of ram and deff a 9800 pro
Because people hate searching.
Best ram guide.
Different cpu types.
Good video card guide

I say a new Psu and a 9800Pro or maybe even a 6800 if you have the money.

Yeah for sure you'll need a new PSU, because otherwise you really can't get a nice GFX card like the 9800 Pro, which is powerfull enough to offset the crappiness of the CPU and mobo alittle bit and allow you to run those games
