Well when you switch video cards (expisally from different manafactuers) your PC has a tendency to mess up.

Your lucky windows boots, I would suggest reinstalling windows during any large hardware change like motherboard's and video cards.

i already formatted like i said in my first post.

"put it in and i had some intial issues with it and other things wrong with my computer irrelevant to what was happening with my video card, in which i decided to format for and start a new.
"

god... my system is still fking up.. im almost ready to think something is not seated on the card right, or theres somethign physycially wrong with it. no video card has ever given me this much hassel.
