Default Weird Mouse Annoyance

I have the Microsoft Wireless Intellimouse Explorer Mouse, and have always run it on the default drivers that come with xp.

Last night, I installed the newest version of IntelliPoint (5.0 or w/e) and now whenever I click in the middle mouse button (scroll wheel) it functions the same as alt+tab, changing the window or minimizing my game.

Any suggestions on how to get rid of this?

If you open up the software that comes with the mouse there should be an area where you can individually assign tasks to each button on your mouse.
