Weird DVI connector

Im thinking of buying a all in wonder 9000 on ebay. The only problem is the connector is weird. I think it is a DVI connector that's foreign or something. It has 28 pins and is square shaped. Take a look. An info would be helpful. (ATI's website said the sn was valid but had no info on the product)

Hmmm....thats funny, those three connectors shown are the only three present. Do you think it was mislabeled. Why wouldn't it have a monitor output.

i think you are only seeing part of the connectors, looks awful short in length for a card to just have only 3, bet theres a vga outto the laft of that pick.
