I intercodes Daemon Poster Messages 973 Dec 18, 2004 #2 raiden_nrl, Some webcam software/drivers are not compatible with windows XP. Is she using XP? If so, get a new driver for the cam. Remove the webcam entries from device manager in safe mode and use the new drivers to install the cam.
