Default WD Hard drives

i got two SATA 150 7200rpm 8MB (WD800JD), and active smart

well i am a dumb a.. old man and do not understand these kind of things. i dont think i got the active monitor set up right (i hope)
for the hard drives.

like this am when i booted up the comp. i get a popup from active smart saying that the spin up value has changed on my hardrive.

below is what i got showing if someone could tell me what is going on (think i got attributes set up wrong) i sure would appreciate it.

below is what i got in my SMART attributes box. for spin up time

T.E.C date - threshold - value - worst - status
Dec 2004 - 21 - 100 - 99 - ok
June 2004 - 21 - 99 - 99 - ok

help me out if you can
