how hard is it to install watercooling? im not very good with complex tools or something like that . . .

plus, could the case im getting handle it? (see sig)

otherwise, should i get a watercooling ready case?

well that depends if you're alright at assembling things; to me it's not that hard, just takes a bit longer to install

apparently water cooling isn't that much better than the ol' heat sink an' fan when it comes to temperatures

well, im good at assembling things (i assembled my desk, printer table, and loft bed - all from ikea, which mean that assembling is a pain in the @ $ $), but if i use a real nice heatsink, it should do well?

whats the chance of leakage in a watercooler? and how much quieter would it be?

I suggest save your money and just get a descent Thermaltake cooler rather than water cooling; the chances of it leaking depend on how good the water cooling is, and how well you assembled it
for K8's I suggest a Venus 12

ok, i guess i'll do that and if i have extra cash later on, i'll try water cooling if it really helps
