Default Warrenty 3 years

How do "they" find out if you overclocked your processor because it says any overclocking will viod warrenties, so if i sent it back for some reason would they go by my word if i say i never did.

...I don't think there's a difinitive way of the manufacturer finding out, unless you tell them...

nope there is no way that a manufacturer can tell. hypothetically if they have invented a method to do so that we don't know of i'm pretty sure that is no legal grounds for them to reject an RMA as it would require something that would probably be an invasion of privacy without notifying the customer.
