THis motherboard sais the AGP slot is 1.5V
would this graphic card work on it?

yes it would because the motherboard states that it supports 4X/8X (which indicate voltages, don't remember specific voltages) and the card says it can work on 1X/2X/4X/8X buses so you should be fine, as far as i know.
