Alright, thanks for all of the help. I figured out the problem, when I searched through my handy box o' drivers. It seems that the drivers on the Nvidia site weren't up to date, or somthing along those lines.

I installed the new drivers, and BOOM! No more lag. God I'm a jackass.

try DL a lot from kazaa while playing a game.

Local game or online game.

I am constantly telling my house mate to ease off a bit on the bandwidth whoring when I back from work.

Not sure about other people, but we take turn each night on some one can be sucking the entire bandwidth on the DSL account at home.

Not all the driver update on nVidia website are improvements. I have seen some updates that has slowed down my FPS as appose to improving them.
