virus?

hello every time i turn my computer on i get these norton pop ups saying virus they give me the location of it C:docum\admin\temp
somthing along those lines and the virus name is always somthing like asdaw.exe qq9rts.exe those arnt the real names but there names like that i go to the location of the virus and dont see nothing i ran full scan and norton cant delete them for some reason then i did what norton site told me to do restart in safe mode run full scan and nothing i get about 5 or 6 at the start up and when i say ok they go away. what should i do if you have managed to read through this whole thing and want to try to help ill post the actual names if you want thanks alot.

They should be their, make sure you can view hidden files

ull need to go into safe mode to delete them, because they sound like theones that run in task manager, ive had many of those
run\msconfig\boot.ini\/safeboot
