Virus?

Well,over the past what?2 weeks?or something like that,whenever i close my applications*task manager,messengers,games*and even other stuff that just closes by its self i get this message


'Unable to blah blah program,it has to be terminated'


I heard its some virus but not sure...I scanned my PC and nothing was found..
