Virtual memory - CS:S lag

recently while i've been playing cs:s, i'd lag whenever i turn around or anything fires

i've also received "virtual memory too low" many times (only recently though)

do i have to decrease my vitual mem? increase it?

currently, the settings are 1536-3072mb (1 gig ram, 200gb hdd)

Its not that, I think it is a bug, I remember that in 1.5 it was if I'm not mistaken. Did you check the website yet?

I know that, I'm saying it may be a bug in CS:S also. Check Steam for it.
