RivaTuner has both driver-level and low-level (forces your set speed to become default) overclocking. Not only that, but there's more to tweaking performance than overclocking - the program also has many additional options for improving performance and visual quality.

there is a good program called "powerstrip" that is used to overclock video cards. but if you are running with a 440 mx, i would suggest a plain old upgrade all together.

the mx was my old video card, i eventually juse got fed up with the thing and bought a new card (radeon 9800 pro)
