Default Video Card Question- I'm an idiot

I know this is a stupid question, but who is the manufacturer of this video card:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...492053814&rd=1

Is it actually made by nVidia? I couldn't find a name on it like Gigabyte, Chaintech, or anyone like that.

Ah yes...see, I'm an idiot Are the cards made by nVidia and ATI better than when Chaintech, Gigabyte, and others make them?
