Default Video card Question

Is there a program out there that can change a graphic card's s-video out to an s-video in? My graphics card only has an s-video in, and i really to no want to buy a new card.

The usual is to have S-Video out and not in. Some cards have both but I've never heard of S-Video in only, unless it is a video capture card. Exactly which card is it?

its some samsung card with radeon 7000, i got free and im guessing it is a couple years old. It only has an s video out connection and i was wondering if there was a program out there that could reverse the connection to an s video in connection.
