Video Card problem Raedon 9250 series

i just buy a new VGA Card Raedon 9250 series model.....but after i install a driver from the cd, the problem is occur.....the pc is always suddenly restart and hang........i also try to download a newest driver from internet....but the problem still can't solve.......

Anybody help me........

What card did you have before this one? Did you remove the old drivers?
