ThermalTake make good cooling for VGA cards, but if I really wanted to overclock I would choose water cooling.

Try the EXTREME GIANT III

Thermaltake, Vantac, Coolermaster, every company that is manufacturing coolers for Processors are manufacturing Heatsinks/Fans for the VGA's as well.

ThermalTake Fanless Cooler

ThermalTake Coolers with Fans

Coolermaster's VGA Cooler

Zalman VGA Coolers

Choose any, or research on ur own, as I dont make my VGA cards look horrible with these frame construction.
