Video card driver help

After downloading the driver for my brothers video card and running the .exe file it unpacks the files needed to the temp directory it makes, then when it goes to where it should start installing it gives this error message: "c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt. they system file is not suitable for running ms-dos and microsoft windows applications. choose 'close' to terminate the application.".

Can you provide a little more information, like which card it is for, which version of drivers.

You could try to get an older version of drivers to see if you have any success.
