Hi, my video card burned out and will not display anything. I would use the intergrated video but it has been disabled and cannot see anything when i get to desktop. I tried starting the pc in safe mode but would not start completely. it stopped while loading and will not let me try to start it in safe mode again (the f4 key will not stop the loading and let me select safe mode anymore). I dont know what else I could do. I have a term paper and i need my pc fast please, any help would be appretiated. I cant use the library often so the faster someone could help the better.

Unhook the video card, make sure onboard video is disabled as well and then put the boot priority to boot from CD first. Put in the windows xp disk and reboot and run a repair installation. Then use the computer with no video card at all (pages and images will lag badly but that will be the best you can do until you get a new video card).
