Video Card (9800) problems

when I try to run some games (Nightfire, Ghost Recon, JK2) at 1600x1200 or even lower graphics settings, my computer sqeaks ( a kind of beepy sqeak ).... I could only assume that it's my VGA card. But then I started wondering... Could it be my PSU?

do u mean threw the computer speakers? if so, the wires for the speakers are prolly just to close to your monitor or the monitor cable, or power cord or something.

that happens when im not playing any music, and im using head phones, i can hear the movement of my optic mouse threw the headset speakers.
