They say if you have a old computer, get a faster video card.Does a faster video card make the programs open up faster More memory does unchecking programs in startup ini does a faster process helps. How does faster video card help.Are there any 20
dollar faster video cards. What size video card

faster video cards will mostly affect your 3D performance. 20 is going to get you a POS graphic card for 3D. from size im guessing you mean interface? old computers usally use PCI. more memory and faster processor will be better for non 3d apps
