I really dont think so, 64bit PCI is server only.

Both these cards are crap and overpriced, tigerdirect.ca gave me a 5200 for 25 $...

ASUS Radeon™ 9550 128MB w/ DVI/TV-Out $79

http://compu-best.com/video.html

http://ncix.com/products/index.php?s...nufacture=ABit
http://ncix.com/products/index.php?s...nufacture=ASUS

These cards are decently cheap in Canada, ncix.com has lower shipping and you save PST when buying from their, and they make the mx4000 bend over.

EDIT: Unless this is of corse, you NEED a PCI and not AGP card
