yeah the ultra has a higher memory bandwidth of like 35gb/sec I believe while the GT has 32gb/sec. On top of that the GT only requires one 4pin molex connector, while the ultra requires two of them. Also, the Ultra has 2 DVI-I connectors and one S-Video out while the GT has 1 normal VGA connector, 1 DVI-I connector, and 1 S-Video
 
The ultra and the GT both contain the same GPU though, so you can just overclock the GT and actually see better results than what the stock ultra would give you.
 
well, if you need dual dvi, like you're planning to do a dual LCD monitor config in the future, then you can get the XFX 6800 GT which has dual DVI

OR you can do SLI, but not with the AGP card
