hey guys i have a compaq 5000 series i want to upgrade my video card....but i dont a an agp slot so which is the best card to buy....

Probably something like this but you are very limited with PCI video cards.

yeah, your arnt going to have many options. you can pick up an nvidia card or something from best buy for like 40 dollars. If you are looking at serious gaming you will need an agp slot which means new motherboard, and knowing compaq, a new case. Not a cheep investment. You can really only get so good with pci, i dont know too much about them but im going to make a generalization that they are all about the same. Correct me if im wrong.

ATI 9200 se 128 mb is a solid option .They even have the All In Wonder available as well .
