Default very hot inside computer case?

while plugging in my new monitor i notices that the air blowing out of the ps seemed very hot. thinking one of my fans may have quit i opend the case. it was very warm in there.and after the case was left open everything cooled down including the air blowing out of the ps.

there is:
the ps blowing out
1 fan in the front of the case blowing in
1 under the ps blowing in
1 on the side of the case blowing out

shouldnt the one on the side blow in (towards the cpu) and the one under the ps blow out?

make the one on the side blow in and buy 1 or 2 extra fans and have them at the back of the case blowing out

Well there's a problem. Can't say its effecting your computers temperature but it's called an exhaust fan for a reason. >.>
