Default Velocity Factor

Hey, I see all these different ideas for antennas for WIFI cards, and a few of them talk about the velocity factor for a coaxial cable...I was wondering what exactly that is, and how would I determine that for a E83032 (or F6SSVV thats V V not W) coaxial cable? I cant seem to find any relative definition of it when I google it. So I turn to my next best source!
