Default the usual mobo scenario

ok, this is my first time at building a computer.
i have a p4 2.26 cpu and i'll mostly be using the computer for internet and MIDI (mainly cubase and reason)...

and i have *no* idea what mobo model to get, i wondered if anyone could suggest any socket 478's? (or at least anything else i need to think about when looking at the different brands)

budget is about £60- 80 (100 dollars?) though the cheaper the better.
i need LAN, 2 usb, 5 pci slots, sound and graphics dont matter as i'll be getting them seperately.
and also, what about the modem, do all motherboards come with onboard, or do they have to be bought seperately and take up another pci slot?
