i am trying to turn my old system into a little workstation in the living room, in a little space i have. there's plenty of room for the tower in the entertainment center but i need a small ish monitor to kind of build into something like a picture frame or what have you.

what is the feasibility of using something like this:

as a monitor with a desktop PC? what kind of plug/interface does it have? can i just plug it into a VGA port on my desktop or no? also how hard is it to build something to hold it, since it seems to have rough, unfinished edges and no real casing to speak of...

thanks!

i DID read that, i'm not that lazy, i'm just a little uninformed.
does that highlighted digital RGB part mean i can just plug it into my PC? that's really what i'm getting at... i don't know what the technical information listed above really means...
