You guys ever tried these things? i ordered a kingston 256mb off of newegg.com and i love it - i take it to school and even though the comps there have alot of stuff restricted, i plug this baby in and in 15 seconds it detects it and your ready to go. A REALLY good alternative to wasting all those cds. You can a 128mb one at wal-mart for like 40 bux. I got the 256mb kingston (because of the passwording capabilities) and it was 93 from newegg.

I think ease of use and functionality out weighs the cost.
Although, I have had 2 that were given to me, I have only used them a few times. Never really had a use for them...

At my college, its all the craze in the school of business. When you have tons of "group projects" swaping files between laptops is horrible other methods. These things are AWESOME. About 8 people I know bought one after they saw mine.

Even our professors use them to pullup their powerpoint presentation. Why mess around connecting cables to a laptop? I don't know about at work...but at college these rule.
