USB compatibility question

I have an old computer and I havent modded before but wanted to try it. So im gonna really mess with this alot. I want to add some USB ports to the front of the case. I was just wondering if all mobos support USB 2.0? I doubt they do, but im not sure and I know that you people know almost everything.

i knew all mobos weren't 2.0 compatable, just was wondering if his was....
