Shoud I install something between the motherboard or the case or can I screw it right in? Will it short out the board?

didnt your mobo come with those screws that have long heads... sorta like a small socket head but with another screw hole on top... those are used to hold the mobo up off th case... i havnt seen new casess though, u maybeable to screw it right on if thy disigned it better.

EDIT: someone witha new case can prolly tell u otherwise.

The ports on the back, for the mouse/keyboard, it's like a slot cover.

No tray, but it's not directly on the side of the chassis either, these is this little metal plate that is welded over the side of the case, almost like a tray.
