URGENT: error occurred during file creation

anyways heres the story

trying to install a canon c530 multipass printer/fax on winxp
for some reason, i get a error saying "error occurred during file creation" while the printer part of the printer/fax is installing.

the fax works but not the printer,
ive downloaded the latest drivers from canon and yes its the right printer.

I've the same problem.

But, in my case, there is a solution.

To print docs without this MessageBox,
I've to log in as admin, because this error
appear only on Account with restriction.

How make it possible, to print sth on
'disabled' accounts?
