Just FYI...You could get a Geforce 6800 128mb for $270

It's got less RAM than the 6800's everyone's pushing, so it's cheaper, and because the technology's new it'll last you for a while.
If that's still pushing your budget, you could go for a GeForce FX5900XT 128mb, which is less than $180 and will do all you need if you don't plan on playing HL2/DOOM3/UT2k4, ect...
