My Parents have a NEC Ready 330T Notebook, It's like a Pentium 233 MMX, and currently has 32MB of RAM. We are thinking of Upgrading it to 128 which is the maximum it can go, by buying two 64MB modules.

What I want to know is will it make much of a difference in speed? They can't offord a new computer, and they'd like it to move faster than it does right now (which is really slow).

This website Guarantee's the memory to work:

I also found another site with 64MB sticks for less, but they are PC66, instead of PC100 (dunno if it would make much of a difference on this computer):

The Second wesbite doesn't guarantee the memory like the other one does. Thanks for any help!

depends on what you're doing on it, and what OS you're using

if it's 2000 or above, there will be a big difference
if it's 98 and just using internet and word, you won't notice that much difference

It's Running Windows 98, as for things they do with it, they run things like Quicken, Turbo Tax, Word, and my mom plays Mahjongg on it. And for Internet we have Compuserve. I want them to somehow move all their important data so I can reformat and install Windows 98SE or I also have Windows XP Home (but the minimum requirements are right on what the computer is).
