Default upgrading a Dell Dimension 8200

I only have AGP x4 - will an AGP x8 graphics card such as a 6600GT work with it? Is it even worth it?

Also my processor is a 2.0 GHz Pentium 4 with a 400 MHz FSB. Is the slow bus bottlenecking everything else? What's the fastest FSB that will work with my motherboard?
