Upgrade my laptop?

Hey, everyone. I was just wondering if it is indeed possible to add more RAM to a laptop? I've got a Toshiba Sattelite from about 2002 that I want to make a bit faster. I know that it is not possible to add things like PCI cards and stuff but RAM maybe? Thanks.

Check out ebay or pricewatch for memory that goes with that model notebook.

yes, you can upgrade Laptops.

yes, go on newegg and look for so-dimm ram, laptops use so-dimm ram (200pin i believe)

if i remember correctly, all you gotta do is un-screw one of the places on the bottom of the laptop to put in xtra memory (if u got the slots that is)

Yeah, I see the little door that I unscrew for RAM, I'll proly buy some more RAM.
