Default upgrade on a laptop?

hey all, just a few questions first off on my laptop i have a 56k modem internal am i able to plug in my broadband modem in to it like i do my desktop? and second is it possible to upgrade a laptop processor,graphic card,hdd etc?

Usually if u want to upgrade a l processor,graphic card,hdd, rams n etc, i recommend u to buy a new set cosz if u upgrade it cost u more .

yes its possible to upgrade but only just so much. on the modem thing, no u can't plug in your cable connection to it and expect it to work, u'd want to do it via a wireless router and wrieless card

Most of the time, you won't be able to upgrade anything other than your hard drive and RAM on a laptop. Everything else is pretty much set in stone.

Some newer laptops such as the Alienware Area51 allow you to upgrade your vid card.
