Default Update BIOS

I want to update BIOS... Its brand new system, what do I do, Do I have to flash CMOS if so how do I do it, system specs are in SIG. On www.dfi.com it says some weird thing I have to do I didn't understand so I came here...

Nubius has a guide to do it. Also, you can update your bios from the CD with DFI, which is what I did.
