Default un-upgradeable computer?

I have this emachine and its like "un-upgradeable" . I can upgrade the drives I can Overclock it but other wise every thing else is un-upgradeable . Is there any way I could remove the processor and replace it with a better one with out damaging the computer?. Its like welded to the mother board or something. I was thinking you could get a extra thin wedge and pry it off (not). God I hate emachines

could you post a pic if you can?

maybe you can just get a new motherboard instead of using the one that's in there
Gigabyte, Asus and Abit are my favourite manufacturers of motherboards
