13 seconds from power off to Windows fully loaded....thanks to BlackViper's tweaks. I did have it at 10 seconds, but made some network stuff unusable.
Most people have no idea how many services are running on a windows machine, lagging the hell outta it.
svchost is the worst. My svchost was about 28,000 k when I first loaded up XP. Now I have it tweaked down to about 8000 k.
